Replacement equipment that Apple provides as part of the repair or replacement service may contain new or previously used genuine Apple parts that have been tested and pass Apple functional requirements. There are no service fees or deductibles for mechanical failures. The fee for back glass damage service fee is only available for iPhone 12, iPhone 13, iPhone 14, and iPhone 15 models.
