"Vampire's Kiss® is a lust-worthy, medium red dye with bright pink undertones. Manic Panic® Classic High Voltage hair dye is fortified with conditioner to add moisture AND act as a filler to pre-lightened hair. Vampire's Kiss® is a semi-permanent, direct dye ready to use out of the jar, no developer needed. This shade can give red tones to virgin, unbleached hair but it is recommended to lighten hair to a platinum blonde (toned level 10) using Manic Panic Blue Lightning Hair Bleach Kit for vibrant results. Maintain color by washing in cool water with a sulfate-free color-safe shampoo & conditioner. The more often you wash, the faster the color will fade out so try to use dry shampoo in-between washes to prolong the life of your color! Add a small amount of Manic Panic to your conditioner to create a hair color mask."
