MUST HAVE PRODUCT!!!
I have dealt with so many trouble with my skin. This Shea butter product is magic. It’s fixed my spots, pimples, redness, anything I go through I just rely on this!! I had a terrible skin reaction from other products which led me to have psoriasis and this Shea butter managed to heal that too!! Honestly this is a product I recommend to everyone😍😍 I’ve been having so many compliments with my skincare ever since using ONLY this. The price is so good as well! No need for a 15 step skincare routine. This does the job & water hydration 💦💦

Not worth the buy anymore.
The comapany should realize that just like all hair types dont work with the same product, skin types differ too. This product use to provide deep moisture which melanated skin needs, the formula was great for us. This product now does not moisturize and boy does it STINK. I thew this product away because i dont shower just so i can walk around unmoisturized and STINK from a product. BRING THE ORIGINAL FORMULAS OF ALL PRODUCTS BACK FOR US, feel free to leave this SMELLY new formula for the market you created it for because it certainly aint for anyone melanated. We dont want smelly product and we want the moisture that we know maintains our skin and youth. Our youthful looks is not just genetics, its also in how we moisturize and the new formulas, THEY ARE NO GOOD.

Love both the cocoa butter and shea butter. I have baby fine. Winter time , my hair is full of static. This stuff tames the static and also eliminates the potential static electricity. No more zaps when kissing my hubby . Haha

A change was made and its not good
Formula has changed. I knew something was off the moment I went to stick my finger in the container and it went all the way through the coco butter. The consistency is not the same. It is very thin and not moisturizing. Also, the scent is not the same as well. This is terrible. I have been using this product my whole life.

Added Ingredients I believe are not safe
I've been using Palmer's for 30 years and I am surprised that the list of ingredients has grown. Most importantly it started to give me a rash. Here's the list: Ingredients with Mixed Opinions: - Petrolatum: Generally safe but may clog pores for some skin types. - Mineral Oil (Paraffinum Liquidum): Often debated; can be occlusive, potentially leading to breakouts in acne-prone skin. - Dimethicone: Generally safe, but some prefer to avoid silicones for potential buildup on the skin. Ingredients of Concern: - Propylene Glycol: Can cause irritation in sensitive individuals. - Fragrance (Parfum): May cause allergic reactions or irritation for some people. - PEG-8 Stearate: Some concerns regarding potential impurities; generally considered safe in low concentrations. - Phenoxyethanol: A preservative that can cause irritation in sensitive skin. - Sorbic Acid & Benzoic Acid: Generally safe but can be irritating in some cases. - Colorants (Yellow 5 & Orange 4): Synthetic dyes that some prefer to avoid due to potential sensitivities. WHY add all these horrible ingredients? Why add the dyes? Incredibly disappointed!!

Great cream
I love this cream. I massage it into my legs and arms before bed. It can be a little sticky if you over apply it but it works! My old arms (I'm 72) look less dry, bruises and dark spots are better. This is better than those expensive bruise creams. Use regularly and you'll be very happy with it.

Ingredients like C1 19140 which is a cosmetic dye in this product have potential side effects. The dye is also called Tartrazine has a few known side effects in humans. It may cause allergic reactions to some people, specifically those with asthma or aspirin intolerance. Its symptoms include hives and swelling of the lips, tongue, throat, and neck. In the United Kingdom, warnings about specific food dyes, which include tartrazine, were issued in 2008 because of their potential side effects. Why are these dyes included in body creams when customers only want moisturisers and are not interested in the colour of the products. What are the effects when products are used in the long term?

Formula changed for the worse
Palmer’s has been the only cocoa butter I’ve bought and used, but unfortunately I won’t be buying again due to the formula change. The quality is nowhere near what it used to be. It feels noticeably thinner and feels weird on the skin (tingly? cooling? not sure how to explain it but it feels weird on).

Been using this for years. It”s very rich and creamy, great for the dry climate that I live in. Am allergic to a lot of products but not Palmers! It has a very very slight cocoa butter smell. One of my kindergarten students says “You smell good” every time she hugs me.

I’ve been using this lotion since my first pregnancy 20 years ago. My whole family has a strong preference and brand loyalty. But this is my first time buying direct from your company. While it may be cheaper through Prime (shipping being the main factor), I am more than happy to cut that middle man out right now. I’ve created an account here and it will take a lot to move me. I purchased this as a last resort for my baby Dec of 2024. He is only 2 and winter is not his friend. His skin gets very dry and itchy. He starts to scratch and breaks the skin and starts to cry because it not only itches but now it hurts too. I have used everything to help. Bath oils, baby oil, organic coconut oil, Vaseline, baby brand gel lotions and balms. And nothing was helping. I was walking down the aisle searching for a new thick and heavy lotion that would help him when I spotted this. Price was perfect. Cheaper than other stuff I’ve used and didn’t work so I decided to give it a try. I’m so happy that it worked and it’s been literally the only thing that works and helps his skin stay moisturized. The next day after using it his skin didn’t look dry and cracked. This has become a staple in our house for our kids and it smells so good! This is our 4th bottle since my oldest uses it also even tho he doesn’t have his baby brother skin issue. Highly recommend.

Rough elbows
I have really, rough dry elbows and this has worked wonders. Two days of use and my elbows are no longer red. Itchy, and extremely dry. They are smooth and healed!!! I wish the smell smelt more like cocoa but I will definitely continue to buy this! A little goes a long way!

Im IN LOVE with this product!!!
I have been using Palmers original solid jar for 15 years now daily. I am Addicted to the benefits and it enhances all the senses. It smells great, looks great, feels great, and probably tastes great lol. I use it everywhere including my hair in the summer. Its great for bikini line too after shaving. My skin looks quenched when i apply it and it moisturizes for hours and with a glisten. And my skin is so moist and soft. I prefer it over makeup. It has evened out my skin tone and I truly am in love with it. All my friends know about my Palmers addiction because I brag about it religiously and I carry it in my purse at all times.
