@the.grizzly.mama During my #target run, I came across these allergen free chocolate chips and decided to make some πmagical leprechaun chocolate chip cookies π for my daughter to send to school tomorrow! Yum! The chocolate chips are free from any tree nuts! Mom win! ππΌ target πGrizzly mama magical leprechaun chocolate chip cookiesπ π1 stick salted butter π1/2 c white sugar π1 cup light brown sugar π 1 1/2 c flour π1 tsp vanilla π1 egg π1/2 tsp baking soda π 1/4 tsp salt π1/4 c mini chocolate chips(or more if you like) π about 10-12 drops green food coloring πππ preheat oven to 350. Microwave the butter for 45 seconds, use whisk to finish melting. Add the sugars, vanilla, and egg to butter and mix for 15 seconds. Then add flour, baking soda, and salt and mix until well combined and dough ball forms. Add chocolate chips and the green food coloring. You may need to use your hands to really work the food coloring in to the dough. Scoop a heaping teaspoon amount on to cookie tray, makes about 18-20 cookies. Bake 9-12 min. π I had some green sugar from Christmas that I found and sprinkled some on the tops too!! ππΌ Made enough for my daughters classmates and teachers and one for me to taste testπ€£. Recipe can be doubled and I like to add dark chocolate chips and peanut butter chips when enjoying at home! . . . #stpatricksday #stpatricksdaycookies #cookiesforkids #preschooltreats #nutfree #nutfreebakery #safeforschoolsnacks #cookiesforclass #preschoolactivities #leprechaun #stpattysday #momlife #sahm #sahmlife #sahmomlife #baking #bakingfromscratch #bakinglove #chocolate #chocolatechipcookies #targetfinds
