rayw215 Impressive product - Being a St Ives devote I was really surprised by this Target brand apricot scrub. I was low on cash and opted for this one over the St Ives oatmeal scrub.Thought I would try it to quicken the healing process of the hyperpigmentation scars on my chin. I examined the pieces of the scrub and they are round and smooth, not jagged or crystalline so your face won't feel irritated while scrubbing. (Check my pictures below to see the consistency up close.) Now I would never use a scrub on my face everyday but I tested the product for 3 days straight and think you could use this scrub everyday if you choose to, it's that gentle. Also it rinses off a lot better and quicker, no more leftover bits stuck in my eyebrows or the sides of my nose. Here I've listed some pros and cons about the scrub (: Pros -100% Gentle, doesn't cause a stinging/burning sensation or tugging of the skin -Easily rinses off -Doesn't cause raised bumps under the skin -Pieces aren't jagged, but are rather round and smooth -Makes your skin baby soft - Not drying in the slightest Cons -The smell of the scrub is kind of off-putting - Not as creamy as St Ives but still good -The salyclic acid in this isn't top quality -If you have redness prone skin (rosacea) it will leave you red for a while - I don't have acne prone skin so I couldn't tell you if this aggravates breakouts
