ML Absolutely Love - I love this futon. We got it for our third floor "game room" so we can watch TV and chill out, but also have an extra bed should we have a full house. The cushions are firm, but the faux leather is soft and looks great. It comes all in one piece and the only thing we had to do was attach the legs. It made set up a breeze. LOVE.
