@eatwmar Hi!!! Quick post today for this gluten-free fried tofu🤤 I don’t eat a lot of tofu and never actually cooked it before, so I was pleasantly surprised with how well this turned out! I used a block of extra firm tofu that I cut into 6 pieces. I marinated them for 5 minutes in a mixture of liquid aminos (I used bragg or you can use soy sauce!), sesame oil, rice vinegar, and a little water. I then breaded them in GF bread crumbs, seasoned with black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, & this umami mushroom seasoning I get from target From here, I fried the tofu in a pan with some avocado oil. After 3-4 minutes I flipped them, or once the bread crumbs were golden brown, then cooked for another 3-4 minutes. Serve over rice, noodles, or on their own as a snack or appetizer for your next #meatlessmonday :) Thank you if you’ve made it this far! Let me know if you give this recipe a try😇
