Izzy Accurate little Helper in the Kitchen - I am not the best or worst in the kitchen. One of the things I know I have had difficulty with since I was a teen was an accurate measurement of meat and dessert temps. It is easy to use, accurate for meat temps and I also used it for my peanut brittle. Did great and was easy to hang on the "lip" of a pot when needed. Must have in the kitchen.
