The carpet was an excellent price and good quality but non of that matters if it comes rolled and folded and stained I can get it to flatten out it looks terrible. Any tips/ suggestions?

I do not recommend ordering from this vendor. This is my second time ordering a large rug and the second time the rug arrived FOLDED rather than rolled. The rug does not even come close to laying flat and has horrible creases. When I called customer service I was advised this was a Target ‘Partner’ and the feedback would be shared. Buyer beware!

I am so disappointed because the color says blue with grey background and it is actually a horrid green with a dirty beige background. Also, if you are thinking of purchasing in Canada, forget it. You cannot return a rug shipped to Canada. I will never purchase another item from this company.

It is a dramatic change from what I had previously, so it has taken a couple days to get accustomed to it; however, I'm very pleased with it now. The quality very good. It still have a couple areas that haven't laid flat yAet; however, it has only been three days and is improving each day. The company did follow up with an email suggesting how to unfold and relax the fibers.

This rug feels very cheap and looks nothing like the pictures. I actually wonder if they sent me the wrong rug! Going back, and has to be shipped, target won’t accept it in the store, it’s actually sold by a 3rd party which I didn’t realize. So annoying!

I was really excited when this rug arrived. I set it up in my bedroom and thought to was so beautiful. The larger rugs (this one is 9'x12') arrive folded, not rolled, so I expected a period of having to get the crease marks out as I have with previous rugs. However, this rug has been a nightmare. Other posts show heavy furniture on the rug and it lays flat, I have not had the same experience. The rug is pretty thin and the backing is pretty stiff. There doesn't seem to be enough weight to it to make it lay flat. No matter what I do, the rug keeps bunching up into large waves/rolls. It's pretty but soooo not functional. I want to love it but I'm ready to toss it in the trash. I've had it about 2 months and I'm done with the nightmare of this rug, I'm giving up on it. It's so disappointing.
