The smoothie is definitely nice! I’m not a big fan of the monk fruit flavor, but it feels kind of unavoidable these days. It’s nicely portable but I don’t love the packaging.

The label on these smoothies indicates that each 4.2 oz. container provides 12 grams of protein. That's great! However, I found the chemical taste of this product so unpleasant that I would not consider buying it.
