Started to assemble the headboard and noticed screw holes missing along with some holes misaligned. Just called target and sending the entire bed back. Noticed the review before mine is going through a similar issue. Seems like a bad batch of beds that were made wrong by the manufacturer.

Yes, plural. Warped wood, another piece missing screw holes, screw holes misaligned, altogether a hot mess. Save yourself a headache and steer clear.

However, the warped wood is likely the result of rough handling and violent collisions during transportation. We're fully committed to resolving these issues for you. Once we receive them, we'll promptly arrange to re - send replacement parts, ensuring you can use the product as intended. Moreover, as all parts are double - checked against the instruction manual prior to packing, we kindly ask you to review whether you've assembled the product according to the manual, as incorrect assembly steps can lead to misaligned holes and subsequent assembly difficulties.
