Lands' End Premium Supima Cotton Towel Set

Beware that "shale gray" color is actually very pale ice blue/grey --stronger blue tones when put next to true gray. Towels are large, expecially the hand towels and fluffy prior to washing. The quality was mixed- some towels had pulls in the terry. Had to return since color was NOT GRAY. Lands End would only issue merchandise credit after taking the return to Happy Returns. They would not provide a free return shipping label as they used to.

The quality of this towel has gone down considerably from last year, when I bought a set of the same type for my guest bathroom. These new ones are much lighter in weight and less fluffy. As another reviewer noted, now you have to wash them in cold water on "delicate", which I can do, but what's up with that? Delicate towels?

Unfortunately, after waiting in anticipation for several months for my backordered towels to arrive, I was so disappointed to find that they are very thin and cheaply made. I thought they would fluff out after being washed, but they’re terribly thin. It is not at all the quality I expected from Lands’ End

I’ve been looking to replace some of my bath towels when I came across a review on the internet for these towels. I’ve always had good luck with Lands End products so I thought why not. So soft, so fluffy and so big. Wash up beautifully too! So glad I bought these.

These are the softest cotton towels I have ever had! They wash up beautifully! What's not to love?

Ordered in December. Came 2 months later. Needed to dye new batch. I already had the bath rug in dusty blue. Completely different color, was a much darker, more like a grey blue color. Doesn't match my bathroom so I don't use them

This was my second purchase of these towels. This time I bought the bundled set, along with a bath sheet. They're generously sized and and soft and fluffy. Good absorbancy, too. My only minor disappointment is that one of the facecloths had a few pulled loops. Not worth reporting to Lands' End, but they might read it here.

Purchased as a gift for high school graduation for a new college student!

Have been ordering these towels for decades. They are so durable and long lasting, the only reason for new ones is a change of paint color or moving. Even then the old ones are donated & go on to live a second life. They never fade. These towels are super absorbant and so very soft - feel wonderful on the skin. I don't buy any other brand.

I am so pleased with the softness of these towels, the absorbancy and the size. Great bargain.

I bought the Dusty Blue color supima towels in early December 2024. They were backordered until mid February 2025. When I got them, I noticed the Dusty Blue towel color does not match the online color. It looks more like a very faded out gray-toned blue. I took a photo of a faded torn 10 year old towel I have, and that's about how the new towel color looks.... washed out! The towels will be soft and comfortable, but not the pretty light blue (closer to a robin's egg blue) color I was expecting from the photos. I don't want my new towels to look faded like my 10 year old ones! I wonder if the backorder color wasn't made correctly and now it doesn't match the original dusty blue color it was supposed to be. It just wasn't the color I was expecting. I've purchased hundreds of items from Lands End. This is the first time an online color was really off from the what it looks like in real life. I don't think it's my phone screen color either. The color is just too faced for me to like it. I'll probably send it back and try to get a color that looks newer and brighter. Too much white in the threads, so maybe the light bouncing off it makes it look that way. Someone else might like that color though, just not me. The towels themselves are always wonderful.

Towels were soft and seemed well made, but the color name, Rose Bud, was misleading. It should have been Cantaloupe. The color had orange, not pink undertones. I returned them.
