Rug is good quality for the price. Not very thick, but has a nice feel with a rug mat underneath, which I recommend. Creases do take some time to settle. One side had about 4 inches of uneven width (see pic). While aesthetically annoying, this is reasonable for the price, which is very competitive. 4.5 stars.

Nice coloring & great rug for under office conference table or in any room. My only qualm is that bc the rug comes so rolled up & bent in half it will take time for all the creases & bends to come out.

I ordered the 9X12 Oslo rug in black. It came folded but it has laid fairly good. I have had it laid out for a week. It still has a few ripples that need to work out of it. There was not much of an odor with it. I also ordered the same rug in a smaller size for my entryway. I am very happy with my purchase so far.
