If you’re trying to figure out how to get the tape back inside the holder, the button is located on one of the flat sides in the middle. This thing is basically a pretty piece of junk. The tape return mechanism is slow and doesn’t work half the time. The fabric pulls on the end of the tape aren’t finished at all and were fraying and coming apart when I opened the delivery box.
