Bar-Height Director's Chair - Natural Frame

This chair is pretty awesome. I've bought two of them. I was going to buy a third, but however, it's gone up 50% in price. Inflation? Hmmm...

These chairs are very sturdy and well made. The fabric repels water. The only negative is that you cannot fold up the chairs with the footrest attached. However, only one screw must be removed in order to release the footrest and fold up the chair.

I got this chair so that I could have a better view of my grandson when he is in the pool. It serves the purpose very well. A bit more than I expected to pay, but most things are these days.

It came fast! And the quality is very good for the price

This was my first Target purchase on Cyber Monday, and I was amazed how the process went. Both chairs purchased arrived on Thursday. The chairs were easily put toether with just a screwdriver. Everything was fine until until I tried to set it upright. When I did this, the footrest split off, as the wood gave way. Therefore, one of the chairs was broken before its first use. The second one has been adjusted to preclude breakage. Ultimately, the product is a disappointment.

Good value for the money.

chairs are sturdy and comfortable......there is one flaw though.......you can NOT fold the chairs once you put the foot rest on.....hard to transport

OPENED ONE OF TWO I PURCHASED STARTED PUTTING IT TOGETHER AS PER THE INSTRUCTIONS AS I PLACED THE SEAT CANVAS IN AND STARTED TO SPREAD IT OPEN, IT WAS SO TIGHT THAT IT SPLIT THE LEG AND BROKE, HENCE NOW I HAVE $75.00 WORTH OF JUNK AND NO RECOURSE TO REPLACE IT.

Sturdy, well constructed. Works as advertised. Easy to set up / dismantle. I was happy with previous purchases of these chairs and am happy with this one.

My daughter is a make up artist for area events. She is constantly stooped over and is pain the next few days after the even. I love this chair. Tall enough for her to easily reach people's faces. It folds compactly for transportation. There are a wide variety of colors but this one will hide the faux blood she seems to spray everywhere.

This broke within a month!

I bought two of these for a four day trade show. After the second day we threw them away. The chairs started to lean back and forth and crack at the joints. The foot rests started to bend down as well. None of us weighed over 185 pounds. These were horribly made! Target needs to re-evaluate this offering.

I purchased these director chairs to use outside. They are easy to move around, sit in and fold up. Only thing is they need stronger material for seating.

I ordered two of these chairs for my wife and I. We are vendors at Christmas bazaars, and needed a higher chair so we wouldn't have to constantly stand up from a regular lawn chairs. I really like that the director chairs fold up for easy loading.The chairs are top quality, and they came before the estimated arrival date.We are very happy with the high chairs and know that at the end of a long day at a bazaar, our legs won't be trashed from continually standing up from a lower chair.At 70 years old, we are appreciative of all the help we can get!!

I ordered this for my husband's birthday and was pleased when it came faster than expected. He like the look and feel of the chair, but after only two or three times sitting in it, my very-thin, 165-lb, husband heard a CRACK while using the chair. The wood on X-crossing under the seat had split in half. The chair had never been outside or exposed to any extreme conditions.We were very disappointed in the quality of this chair.

The color was wonderful and the chair very sturdy. It arrived in good shape and in a timely manner even around the holidays.

The wood quality is much better than expected; the chair is nicely finished and very sturdy. I am a teacher and I bought the chair to use in my classroom, and I feel confident that it will be perfect!However, the foot rest is finicky; the first chair I ordered didn't align properly and had to be returned (for a full refund). The second chair I ordered was better, but still required my husband to drill the hole a little to the right to securely fit both anchoring bolts. An easy fix, but shouldn't have been necessary in a perfect chair. Overall, I recommend this chair, especially if you don't mind messing with it a tiny bit to make it perfect.

I purchased 2 of these bar height with red canvas for our new kitchen island- very good construction and easy to assemble. they seemed much better built than what i have seen at some local stores here in NJ.

The chair itself is comfortable, but the canvas is awful. Almost immediately it started to sag with the front edge of the seat sloping downwards like it wanted to dump you on the floor! Then the back started to loose it shape. Maybe if they used a heavier weight canvas it would be fine. Now I have to replace the canvas or throw them away. I am looking online to get other chairs. Too bad!

We bought 4 of these to sit at our tiki bar. Good color choices, great price. But, you get what you pay for.We sit on these every night. It's been almost a year now, and I'm on this web site to order new (different) stools. These are now worn and rickety. They've gotten rocky and the seat backs have torn.
