Portable and easy to take, this 4mg nicotine chewing gum is the right choice as your nicotine replacement therapy if you smoke your first cigarette within 30 minutes of waking up. To improve your chances of success, chew at least nine pieces per day for the first six weeks of a 12-week quit smoking program with behavioral support. For intense and frequent cravings, take an extra piece within the hour, but don't chew more than 24 pieces of this fruit gum per day. Chew 1 piece every 1-2 hours. To Increase Your Success in Quitting: 1. You must be motivated to quit. 2. Use enough - chew at least 9 pieces of Nicorette gum per day during the first six weeks. 3. Use long enough - use Nicorette gum for the full 12 weeks. 4. Use with a support program as directed in the enclosed user's guide. Before using this product, read the enclosed User's Guide for complete directions and other important information. Begin using the gum on your quit day. If you smoke your first cigarette more than 30 minutes after waking up, use 2 mg nicotine gum. If you smoke your first cigarette within 30 minutes of waking up, use mg nicotine gum according to the following 12 week schedule: Weeks 1 to 6: 1 piece every 1 to 2 hours. Weeks 7 to 9: 1 piece every 2 to 4 hours. Weeks 10 to 12: 1 piece every 4 to 8 hours. Nicotine gum is a medicine and must be used a certain way to get the best results. Chew the gum slowly until it tingles. Then park it between your cheek and gum. When the tingle is gone, begin chewing again, until the tingle returns. Repeat this process until most of the tingle is gone (about 30 minutes). Do not eat or drink for 15 minutes before chewing the nicotine gum, or while chewing a piece. To improve your chances of quitting, use at least 9 pieces per day for the first 6 weeks. If you experience strong or frequent cravings, you may use a second piece within the hour. However, do not continuously use one piece after another since this may cause you hiccups, heartburn, nausea or other side effects. Do not use more than 24 pieces a day. It is important to complete treatment. If you feel you need to use the gum for a longer period to keep from smoking, talk to your health care provider.If You are Under 18 Years of Age:

I figured it was just to strong for me. The taste and texture wasn't bad and it satisfied nicotine cravings. I would recommend.

It has a hard shell (think Chiclets) and when you bite into it, it delivers a minty fresh sweetness with a burst of fruit flavor. That flavor, unfortunately, only lasts a minute, before it becomes a tingly, slight minty "sensation." Instructions say to chew the gun slowly until tingles, then park it between your cheek and gum. When the tingle is gone, start chewing again until it tingles. Repeat until most of the tingle is gone (about 30 min). He's just not used to the tingle or keeping something in his cheek without chewing on it. Overall, this is a good product that hopefully will help cease cigarette usage!

He said they taste pretty good and do help with cigarette cravings. But they recommend that you chew at least 9 per day for the first six weeks and continue to use for twelve weeks. The box only had about 18 days worth so even with the value pack you’re still going to need a few boxes to get through the first twelve weeks

Not a bad flavor or too strong for me I somewhat chew dip for a while but never got addicted because that was too strong . Every blue moon I would smoke a cigarette if I didn't have a black and mild . I was mainly addicted to vaping because I work in areas where it's constantly being presented to me but this product overall helps . It's tough going cold turkey not every one is the same .. it's really after I have a meal , not staying busy or early in the morning when I get bad cravings . I definitely recommend this product to anyone battling this addiction . 10/10
