I really like this bed. A little disappointed in how it came. Headboard corners were a little beat up but that was all. Overall it’s a cute little bed. You do need a box spring for people wondering.

I love the bed frame itself, however this is definitely false advertising. This is NOT a platform bed. You will need a box spring unless you want a big gap between the mattress and headboard. The whole point of buying this was so I wouldn’t have to use a box spring and ended up having to get one anyways. As far as assembly, piece of cake and very smooth! The bed is sturdy and and has zero blemishes. If I didn’t have to buy a box spring I would have given a 5 star rating.

Although it came on time the quality is not there at all the bolts are rusted and stripped it’s not new at all...highly upset everything was dis colored

These hardware pieces are not rusted; the color is caused by zinc plating, a common metal treatment that prevents corrosion. The color shown is the natural finish for zinc-plated hardware.

I also wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. It is not a "platform" bed. It is not the same bed in the video, the headboard doesn't run top to bottom like the video one, and it doesn't have a roll of slats. It was easy to assemble though, my 13 year old son did so by himself. Bad thing though, is now we need a box spring. So if you want to use a box spring, then this bed is easy to assemble and looks good. If you want to use this as a platform bed, don't buy it. There will be an opening between the bottom of the headboard and the top of the mattress. So stupid.

This bed was a nightmare. The video shows a bunch of slats which it doesn't come with so you need a box spring or more slats. It came and was missing the hardware in the headboard to install the bolts to put together so guess what had to load the huge thing back up to return it. Spend your money elsewhere.

Totally looks like the picture so that is a pro! BIG BIG CON - in the video it shows lots of slats but it only comes with four. Definitely buy a box spring or more slats. It is also slightly wider than my full mattress which isnt a huge deal but wouldve been nice if it were the same width as a standard full. I am still using it because i love the look but I will be adding my own slats

Solid bed frame for the sale price (~$115), i probably wouldn't pay $150 though. And the mattress won't sit in the frame once you add a slat platform or box spring though, which is something i wish i'd realized since i wouldnt have bought it if i had. putting it together was simple but be careful of bowing/warping and making sure everything stays aligned/straight as you build.
