Smooth Operation Quiet Motor Modern Design Simple Installation

Motor is supposed to be whisper quiet but it hums. This is the second one replacement by Hunter. Need to look at the QC for motor design and redo to make quieter

The fan is great - solid, stable, quiet... Everything you'd expect from Hunter. I'm not WILD about the style of this fan, but it was the only one I could find that fit the bill. I needed a flush mount, low profile fan and this is that! It's just a little too art deco for me, but that is my only VERY minor complaint, and subjective one at that. Everything else is great. I installed it (twice, I bought two) by myself - instructions were generally very clear and easy to follow.

Not good. Got it installed yesterday and there was burning wire smell. Will be returning and replacing with the studio one

It's great! Absolutely silent, even when it's on high, and it looks great ss well!

Nice fan, good brightness for lights, and worked with our existing Hunter remote. However, I think the motor housing should be designed as two halfs that fit together. That would eliminate the need to take the fan blades off to get back into the electrical. Plus, the motor housing halfs could be designed to cover the top of the rotating fan motor and better isolate this moving motor from the electrical wiring. I know one is supposed to put all electrical wiring back into the electrical box, but, come on, that is impossible with a remote. And Hunter knows this. I've secured all wires and the remote receiver well, but still don't like this stuff even near a rotating part.

This fan is exactly what we were looking for. My husband prefers to only purchase Hunter ceiling fans. This one did not disappoint. It runs smooth and quiet. Plus we like the look. The bulbs that came with it are perfect for us.

Nice low profile for low ceilings. Runs smoothly. Puts out plenty of light. Ceiling bracket slots are too far apart for the smaller electrical boxes found in some older homes. That requiring some drilling, filing and a shim to securely mount the bracket. Also had to reuse the mounting screws since those provided were needed to secure the fan in the bracket.

The Hunter ceiling fan is beautiful! I have three Hunter ceiling fans in my home that are over 30 years old. For quality and beauty, Hunter is the only choice.

I just had this installed today. I'm so happy with this beautiful and quiet fan. The last one I had installed wobbled and hummed terribly. I got the low profile and it moved air without any movement or wobbling or noise. I highly recommend the low profile even if you have 9' ceilings like I do.

Very Nice fan, Was a little difficult to install would been nice to have had a quick connect to the house wiring so didn't have to hold the fan up for so long. Fan works great, very quite light is nice too

If your plan is for the fan to only last a couple years, hunter is a good choice. Also you must keep your receipt! I only bought it because their idea of a warranty was to give me a 30 percent of a couple year old fan.

Love the fresh white color. Not a shiny white and really blends into ceiling. Nice low profile. Electrician had no trouble installing. Highly recommend for anyone needing a low profile fan.

Although a nice looking fan, the lighting is horrific. The LED bulbs make the fan/light feel more like 'mood lighting', and the dimming feature isn't very effective either. Consider another fan if this will be your main source of lighting.
