jcgalvaaa, We are sorry you are not happy with the Della Office Chair Gray. The cushion is firm at first and will soften with use. This is so the cushion does not wear out faster and will last for many years to come.

While very stylish this chair is not in the least bit comfortable if you work from home. After 2 months of using it daily for 8-12 hours per day I have extreme pain in my hips and my tail bone is bruised to the point I can barely sit. If you are buying for occasional use and seeking design, it’s great but if you are seeking functionality keep looking.
