In the meantime, we recommend washing your hair with a clarifying shampoo to help get rid of any excess grease. There's a chance that the product may have not been fully rinsed out of your hair. Be sure to thoroughly rinse your hair out as leaving in a shampoo or conditioner can leave the hair greasy. The product may also just be too conditioning for your hair type. Consider using a conditioner with little to no conditioning benefits to see if you have better results. We'd be happy to assist you further. I love the smell, but I am pretty sure it's causing hair loss. I have been using this shampoo and condition for about 2 weeks and I noticed a lot of hair loss in the shower and in general. I havent had that issue before and I stopped using it and havent noticed as much hair loss...
