Thank you for your review of the Demeyere Atlantis 9-inch, 18/10 Stainless Steel, Proline Fry Pan. We're glad to hear you appreciate the craftsmanship and design of the pan. However, we’re sorry to hear about your experience with eggs sticking. Stainless steel pans require a bit of technique to achieve a non-stick effect. Preheating the pan properly before adding oil or butter can help create a smooth cooking surface. Additionally, ensuring the oil is hot enough before adding eggs can further reduce sticking. We hope these tips improve your experience, but if you have further concerns or questions, please feel free to reach out! Thank you for sharing your feedback. If you need further assistance, please feel free to contact our Consumer Support Center. This pan is BEAUTIFUL and cooks and cleans up so well. The best pan I’ve ever used. Really even heating throughout, just be sure to use an oven mitt or something when touching the handle when it’s hot!

I got this almost a year ago after finding a new job and during a sale. Before that purchase, I stumbled with Demeyer while I stayed at my friend's house where I got the opportunity to use it during my stay. I am known to burn fry pans and be hard on them, the same with the pots. I was worried that I scorched her pots but to my surprise it was not. In the past, I have owned a stainless steel pan and pot, they still work but in the case of the pan I have to use a lot of oil in order for the food to not stuck. This has not been the case with this pan. I have made friend eggs, pancakes , toasted bread, "saute" small portion of vegetables( this pan is not for that but for one person who her current saute pan is too big this works too) and placed it in the oven to make bake goods... I am impressed! Yes, there are heavy but there are sturdy. I am looking forward to add the saucier and the saute pan from the Atlantis Prolone in the future.

    Phenomenal lifetime pan

Lidenfrost effect starts at 240F and nothing sticks to the pan after this point. It is heavy enough to cook thick 3 inch stake no problem. It weighs 2.75 lb and the cooking surface is monstrous! Enough to feed a family of four. Easy to clean by just boiling some water. Absolutely thrilled with the product so far.

    Lived up to my expectations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pan has lived up to all my expectations for it. It heats evenly, retains heat well, and cleans up more easily than a typical stainless steel pan. I think the Silvinox treatment really does make a difference. Welded handles and sealed rims are a nice bonus. The only negative I would mention is that the finish has some small rough spots around the sides. A nitpick is that there are some design compromises for induction (as is the case with pretty much any high-end pan), but I do not use induction.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great Quality, Yet I bought 9in, 12.5in and 11inch. Only the 12.5 came with a sealed rim. Not sure what makes a difference. Still have Great pans and heavy duty. I Love them. Have only cooked in 12.5in so far. Scratch easy even with plastic utensils. I have scratches. Guessing I did it with Hard plastic. I didn't inspect prior. Doesnt hurt the cooking though. I am guessing pepper and other tough spices can do it. It's a skillet.Cleans up easy. Add hot water to pan after cooking and all will be an easy clean. Probably use wood or silicon utensils. Heats even. Better than anything I have used. Cant wait to use the 9.4 for me. I also have All Clad. Demeyere wins.

My first stainless skillet, after using cast iron for 30 years. It's taken a little adjustment, and patience to let it heat up before cooking, but I like it, a lot. The cast iron has gone to storage.
