I really love the look of this rug but the quality isn’t as I expected. We have had it a few weeks and it’s already pilling and some threads have come up all over. We have only vacuumed it twice (our vacuum isn’t even strong) and been really gentle with it. It’s so big so would be a pain to return. Maybe we got one that defective?

I had ordered several runner rugs and returned all of them, Until this Nourison was delivered. The colors are exactly as pictured..Material is exceptional...I am so very pleased and satisfied with this purchase. Using this runner in my kitchen.
