Mattress protector itself is ok—not noisy, doesn’t affect the texture of the bed. But it’s not waterproof. Pee on the bed and the mattress still stinks.

Water resistant, not waterproof. Liquid will soak through. Also, the top is not absorbent, so liquid will run down the side of the bed and still get the mattress and bedding wet.

This item was waterproof yes. But a coke was spilled on it and it stained and won't come out for anything. I've never heard of a coke doing that. It's always washed out. We have to toss this b/c of it.

I like the size. My King mattress needs deep pockets and this was not too snug to fit over the mattress. I have no complaints.

Looks sturdy. There is room even on my pillow top mattress.

Material is very see through. With this mattress protector and my white fitted sheet, I can see the decorative design on my mattress which I couldn’t with my previous topper.

My son peed the bed. I expected this to protect the matress since it's waterproof, it failed.

It’s all good for now- we’ll see how it holds up over time. It’s not too bulky or loud. It’s soft enough and quiet enough that you can’t feel or hear it under the covers.

since we use this underneath our daybed cover, it was important that the end result looked smooth without obvious quilted stitching showing through, and this worked great. the mattress pad is thin but durable and covers our 8 inch mattress just fine, but has room for thicker mattresses as well. i also hear NO crinkling sound from the waterproof lining when sitting on our daybed, which is our main sofa when watching t.v. so it's used often. but i especially like like that it gives my daybed sofa a smooth finish and no one would ever know a fitted mattress pad is protecting it.

This says it’s OEKO TEX certified but when I received the item, it does not show that on the package. Wish I would have read the Q&A previously because it doesn’t have the certification anymore. This should be removed from the website, very misleading.

Soft material however it is not waterproof. We bought a mattress topper along with this item and because the cover did waterproof properly it messed up our topper and still leaked through the bed.

NOT WATERPROOF!! Toddler wet the bed last night and it soaked right through!

I bought one of these and one of the Room Essentials brand in the same visit. Put them on two different beds. The quality is exactly the same, but the Room Essentials one is less expensive. Don't spring for this one. There is no difference other than price tag.

I was enjoying this for my son’s bed, until he had an accident and now the mattress is stained. I assumed waterproof would protect from that, but I guess now

NOT WATERPROOF. When you spend that much on a “waterproof” protector it should actually be waterproof. Accidents happen with small children and I am very frustrated and disappointed that this did not protect our mattress.
