this blows around in the wind and is so small and lightweight. they wouldn't even return it and refund. they said it was from another store but it was from target.

Such a cute concept; however, I bought 2 in different sizes and BOTH came with bubbles in the paint... huge bubbles! I didn’t mess with it much or else I know the paint will start chipping away :( I was really excited about these products too, until I realized the poor paint quality on the base!
