The colors were a bit more subtle than I expected and the background is more white than cream. I had already undone my family room in order to place this new rug. It says 9x12 on the tag but it actually measures 11'8"x8'6"....off by 1/2 foot on one side!! It does not look right but I was already exhausted with rearranging the whole room. Additionally, I have the same rug in another room and the color looks like the website but the one I received this time looks much darker than pictured.
