VERY DISAPPOINTING!!Very poorly made zipper

The items arrived with the zippers wide open and tags sticking out. They had been vaccum-sealed for smaller shipping, so we assumed that was why. Zippers are VERY cheap, and did not stay closed immediately upon trying to zip close - separated mid-length! And that was before pillow had "fluffed out" to its full width. TWO pillows did this, so it appears to the problem with the way the pillows are made: the zippers won't even vaguely stay zipped. VERY DISAPPOINTED - the front of the pillow was perfect, but we cannot keep due to the defective zippers. So not only do we not have the pillows, now we have to put in MORE work to return and then STILL have to find pillows for what we need them for! :(((
