How to measure

  • Length

    Run tape from the base of your pet’s neck, at the collar, to the base of their tail, where the back ends and the tail begins.

  • Girth

    Start at the widest part of your pet’s chest, right behind the front legs. Don’t forget to leave a little wiggle room!

  • Neck

    Measure where your pet’s collar naturally goes. Remember to leave a little slack. Two of your fingers should comfortably fit underneath the measuring tape.

    Top quality and well made. Unfortunately, it will not work for my 12 lb Chihuahua mix. The neck is too tight and the elastic does not "give" enough to remove it easily. The next size up may have fit the neck area better, but I would imagine it would be too long and too big otherwise. I'll probably donate it to a local rescue.

    Measured my dog and purchased based on size chart, but it was too tight around his neck, he was very upset with me trying to get it on and back off, had to return, trying a size bigger before we give up, will write an update when we get to try the new size.

    I liked it as a harness, but when I went to take it off, it was extremely difficult getting over my dog's head. It went on ok, but not off. I almost thought I would have to cut if off. The rest of the harness fit him fine and I'm afraid if I size up it may then be too big.

    This is the best harness for our big girl. The first one we bought was a size small and we fell in love with it. It is so well made and so very easy to put on a very wiggly butt. Opal grew out of it and we bought another larger size. We love the added "handle" feature. We call it her "carry-on".
