Pretty weak compared to the rings used in class. Mine also makes a clicking noise which is annoying. It’s still functional so I’m going to keep it but you get what you pay for!

From someone who did Club Pilates for several months, do not get a membership anywhere. Buy this and do it at home, so much bang for your buck. I think this is a slightly less resistant band than what is used at the studio, but for home use it is perfect. Purchase for sure if you are on the fence.
