If it's mounted, the cable ports are nearly impossible to access because of positioning with the mounting bolts. Would be nice if the remote had a microphone. Otherwise, it gets the job done

Set up and activation is too difficult. What would you do if I did not have an email address or computer? My computer is junk but fortunately I got in to activate the TV. Also, I cannot use the remote from our local cable provider, Paul Bunyan TV, but have to use two remotes on the TV. To shut it off or change the volume we have to use the ROKU remote. We can change the channel but not turn the TV on with the Paul Bunyan remote. Not cool.

Bought this TV last month and couod not be happier. Roku interface is easy to use and customize. Picture is excellent quality and clear. Volume is crisp and only at 24%, loud enough for daily use. Excellent TV.

I bought this in November for my daughter. It was super easy to setup and use. There hasn’t been any issues with apps loading or freezing. The picture is clear and not pixelated at all.

The picture overall looks flat and grey as if viewing through a window screen. The blacklight randomly changes from bright to very dim and back. After months of failing to return it because it is just so big and hard to handle, we have learned to ignore it. The remote however I hate every time I pick it up. We've grown accustomed to a Roku voice remote. But this one is not rechargeable, has no voice search function, is missing the little fabric tag that lets you know the remote isn't upside down in the dark, and there is no beeping remote finder function. It constantly gets lost in cushions or blankets without any button on the TV to start the remote beeping. This is bigger, but far worse than the 10 year old TV it replaces
