Serta Supersoft Bed Blanket

It’s soft. But very thin. I had another Serra one previously that was much better quality. My bed is a king but maybe if you’re getting this for a twin bed or to use as a throw, it’s ok.

Not sure how this blanket is 5 stars. It says it’s machine washable but after I washed it, the stuffing of the blanket started coming out. There’s lint stuffing everywhere around the blanket. It is very soft and cozy but it’s definitely defective. I got the navy blue color so the white stuffing is definitely noticeable. The white stuffing at first looks like lint and if you pull it the actual stuffing will come out and will stay stuck (as shown in the picture). Not sure if I got a defective blanket but definitely not worth it. Now we have to be careful when we want to remove the lint (look at pictures) because it can take out the a big chunk of stuffing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This blanket has to be one of the softest blankets I’ve ever owned. They weren’t kidding on the packaging when they said buttery soft. It literally is, feels like a cloud. You could use this so many ways. Just need a blanket to cuddle up on the couch? perfect. I freeze to death at night so I used it as a layer between my sheet and comforter and it’s just the right amount of added warmth. It’s so thin and lightweight though that it doesn’t feel like another layer to weigh you down. The stitching design helps the material stay distributed uniformly instead of balling up when washing. This type of blanket could be used year round without worry of getting too hot. In the summer , I might would put a cover on it and use as a top layer! Def recommend to everyone.

Washes easily and quilted design is classically beautiful.The perfect blanket for summer and perfect for layering in the winter. My husband even mentioned that it's his favorite blanket among all the other blankets we have despite our down comforter being a close competitor!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excluding our throw blankets, this is probably the softest blanket we have - although I wouldn’t exactly call it a cooling blanket. When compared to our cotton comforter, it feels warmer to the touch and also warmer when sleeping with it. It’s 100% polyester, so this is somewhat expected since cotton is more breathable. It is very light weight which may be a pro or con depending on your preference and use. It’s light enough to be able to use all-year. You could also use it to compliment your main bedding during cold nights. If you love light weight, soft blankets this is definitely for you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I received my Serta Supersoft Down Alternative Cooling Blanket, the first thing I noticed is that it is extremely lightweight and of excellent quality. The blanket is so very soft and I love cuddling up under it at night as it is so cozy and comfortable. It also is the perfect weight for year round use and I love the clean white color. The blanket has box stitching which prevents the fiber filling on the inside from shifting and bunching up on one end when it's washed. It is machine washable, which is a big plus for me, so I can clean it often and I would definitely recommend this blanket to others.

I was very hopeful getting this blanket because it's extremely soft and light but looks fluffy and heavy. Unfortunately it made me sweat more, but it really is so soft and wonderful because its like snuggling with a cloud. Its warm and inviting and even tho it didn't help with my severe sweating at night i still love it. It's made very well and it really looks nice on my bed. I love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this blanket about a week ago for my guest bed, but my toddler has other plans. It ended up in my living room and it’s truly the softest and somehow coolest blanket we own (very important to my polar bear husband.) I love the feeling of the alternative down and the fabric is very comfortable. I feel like it would be a little thin for a duvet cover, I’m tempted to try it anyway when we change up the look, I’m used to having thicker “comforter” type blankets, not sure which this was intended for but I’m super excited to let my guests use it when they arrive!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in a warm climate and in the summer I will use this Serta blanket on my guestroom bed rather than a heavy comforter. For winter, it will be folded at the base of the bed for an extra layer if needed. The blanket is soft to the touch and is big enough to cover the queen mattress. The pattern is subtle and does not distract from the rest of my decorations. Love that it is machine washable! Be aware that the “snow white” color is not a pure white but a slight ivory tone. The difference is not drastic, not sure if it is even visible compared to my pure white shams in the picture below.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Serra Super Soft Down Alternative blanket lives up too it's name.It is very soft to the touch,it is microfiber material.I used the queen size on my full size bed as a blanket under my comforter.It is definitely large enough for a queen size bed.The blanket is light weight enough to use all year,it will not weigh you down but keep you warm.
