Only got 1 star because it’s so lightweight but my gosh! It sheds something unreal!! I have to use a lint roller daily to remove the lint from my bed. So sad because it’s a beautiful blanket!

I ordered a second one but the second one had pulls in it I hope I can return also the first one shed fuzz first 2 washings

I love the weight and weave of this blanket; however, both of the blankets I purchased had a chemical smell that I tried repeatedly to eradicate through washing, and they still smell. It's cotton; why all the extra chemicals??

We bought this cotton blanket to replace a microfiber blanket that had a lot of static and constantly slid off the bed. Our new navy blanket is a great weight and is much better at staying in place.

Great weight, soft cotton, generous size and interesting design. There's a lot of lint during the initial washing and drying but didn't take away from the blanket. Just remember to check the lint trap often.

It’s a Really nice Colton blanket, but the description said it’s medium or heavy weight, and it really isn’t. As the name says it’s for all seasons which is great, but I already have a “thermal” cotton blanket - one with the open weave that can be used in all but the hottest, muggiest weather, so I’m looking for something a bit warmer and especially with Weight. I tried a weighted blanket and it’s too much - too heavy, too hot - even in a 65° room, so I just want a blanket with some heft and due to allergies, it needs to be Cotton. Comforters and duvets are simultaneously to light and too warm. My stepmother has a great blanket from Land’s End that they no longer sell and that was what I was trying to replace here, but it’s not quite thick enough.

The packaging was pretty impressive too if you plan on giving this as a gift. It is less soft than I'd hoped though. It's been washed around 3-4 times over the last couple months and still isn't as soft as I'd hoped.

The only thing I wasn't completely a fan is the feel of the material. It's not as soft as it looks or that I guess I wanted it to be.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had an opportunity to try out one of these beautiful, dark gray, 100% cotton blankets from California Den. I decided to keep it in our family room on our new sectional. Even in the summer it's nice to have a blanket to snuggle under while watching a movie or for Sunday afternoon naps. It's soft and light and has a beautiful herringbone pattern. I have already washed it once and there was quite a bit of lint in the dryer after I dried it, but no more than a load of bath towels. It still looked great after it was washed in cool water and dried on low. I have purchased a couple other brands of cotton blankets and although this is a beautiful and well-made blanket, I'm not sure it's worth the premium price. It arrived in a nice burlap pouch, but that was unnecessary. Personally, I hate the feel of burlap, so I would never reuse the bag. At least if it was cotton as well, I could have reused it as a duffel or storage bag.

I want one for all of my bed's. These blankets would make wonderful wedding gifts, Birthday Gifts , etc. And, finally, its Made of Cotton - Wonderful, soft, washable, cotton - The one in gray was my pick !!

It came packaged nicely in a jute drawstring bag, which was definitely convenient, but gave the blanket a bad smell. The blanket is also soft, as advertised and was a great size (we love oversized blankets). My big issue was with washing the blanket, it filled up the lint tray and then some, making it a bit messy and wash and dry. Additionally, while the pattern is beautiful, the raised herringbone pattern snags easily. Lots of snagged threads after the first wash. Overall, I still think it's a great blanket and it's the perfect thickness.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only reason I give this Den blanket 4 stars is that after only a few days it developed snags in the herringbone design. This blanket is also very long which is ok, but may not be an appealing look for some. It is heavy and feels great to sleep under and appears very well made. The packing is quite nice and could be given as a gift with no wrapping. The design seems to help it hug the bed which is nice if you are a tossing and turning type like myself. Overall great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When this arrived, the bag it came in scared me as I thought this will be an itchy blanket (the bag was like burlap lol) but after opening it and sitting it on the back of our couch everyone that comes into our house loves it as it is very soft and very warm, I keep our house about 65 degrees so it can be cold to most. I really like how heavy weight and soft it is. The Herringbone design is very nice and it will be a nice addition to our bedroom in the winter, that is if we can get it from our daughter lol.

It really soft and has a little weight to it to make you comfortable. The storage bag is also nice, I love it, something we can use for storage for a very long time. I love how I washed it and didnt have any shrinkage also.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice warm blanket, in a very dark charcoal grey. The pattern of the weave is pretty. I loved the feel of the blanket, but there is a lot of pilling. I washed it before using and pilling got worse and shed all over my bed. I wanted to like it, cause it looks great on my bed, but unfortunately it snags extremely easily. As far as sleeping, it is a lovely blanket, just the right weight. I wish the quality was better.
