These instantly molded to my teeth and I was actually able to have a decent conversation with my buddies... The directions must be followed for excellent comfort.

You had to bite into it and hold for minutes. The instructions were easy and straightforward. Fits snug and protects the teeth well. And the best part is that you’re able to trash talk with it on!

It took about 4 training sessions to mold/fit into my mouth comfortably and it does the job. I primarily have been using it for boxing sparring and a few times for wrestling. It does make a difference vs not using one. Whenever you need to use a lot of strength and your teeth clench, it has a padded jelly bottom that helps prevent teeth from grinding. It also helps with teeth not clenching on each other from hard impacts. I would recommend this for people who do combative sports.

However, I feel that this will slowly loosen just a tad over time. The protection is on point and makes me feel secure while he participates in sports. I will be buying another for my youngest.

I feel like this offers a pro-level of fit for the price! The pro fit is a thin guard that I can wear for hours and it's easy to talk with too. I can feel the strength of the material when I grind my teeth. Feels like a quality guard, I would highly recommend this brand!

Very easy to mold, there's even a temperature stick that comes with it. I wish I could also use it for my bruxism, for teeth grinding 😅

My husband has used several mouth guards and says this has been the most comfortable, least bulky, and he loves the fact that he can talk through it and still make some sense! It’s easy to breathe and still keeps him fully protected. He also loves that this doesn’t dig into his gums like others have in the past. Great mouth guards for contact sports!!
