50"x60" Chevron Handloom Throw Blanket - Design Imports

Plan on returning. When I opened the package it had the worst smell. I washed the blanket multiple times & couldn't get the mildew smell out.

I love this throw...the fringe is the crowning touch! It is soft and big enough to wrap around myself on cold nights...or days. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the color "Blue" is not blue but a very dark navy. I thought it was black when I received it, so I called Target.com and they sent me a replacement and told me to keep the one I already had. I was excited to get the replacementa finally get the blue color I saw in the picture, but it was the same black color. I dotnated the first one to a good friend and will keep the second one to use over the back of my rocking chair. Just a note: I washed mine in a large lingere bag with other dark items and dried it seperately. There was a ton of lint - I took out the full filter 6 times during the drying cycle - and it did shrink, but it does not shed and is not pilled after washing and drying. The directions say to wash before first use, and now I can understand the reason for that. For under $15.00, this throw is worth every penny!!

I got this blanket for my mom for Christmas, and I wish I had gotten myself one, haha. It is very thick and soft, and has a lovely pattern just as pictured. I really liked the brown color of the one I got for my mom - it matches everything in her living room perfectly, especially her couches. I honestly think I'll have to get one for myself because it is so pretty and comfortable. You can't go wrong with this throw blanket in any room of your house!

The throw is big enough to use as a blanket, but isn’t bulky at all, making it very easy to store when not in use. This throw is a perfect balance between being aesthetically pleasing and useful, and I can’t recommend it enough!

I washed it and aired it out a few days and the smell has gone away. I use this often. I love that it held. Up very well to being washed and dried . Over all I like it and It is one of my favorite throws.

But right out of the bag it smelled horrible. Even after washing with scent boosters, the scent persisted. After airing out and using it, my mother claims the smell is still there but finally a lot lighter (but still annoying to her). If your sense of smell isn't great (like mine), then this shouldn't be an issue. Otherwise, don't expect to be able to use the throw for a while (unless you like the default smell).

I love the chevron pattern and it looks great either on your bed or even on your couch. It is warm enough to be cozy and it doesn't shed either. I have washed it a couple of times and it still looks brand new. The color goes great with the rest of my decor and looks very aesthetically pleasing to the eye. I have gotten a lot of complements on it already and I can't recommend it enough.

I'm in love with the design on this Chevron throw. The colors match perfectly with the rest of our living room decor. The white color is an off-white, giving it a more subtle pop of color. It's just long enough to cover your lap and legs while you lounge on the couch....and perfect size to throw on the back of the couch!

I love the cream and black chevron pattern that looks absolutely on trend and blends well with most decor especially a modern or rustic. The only negative would be that the throw has a strong odor when you first pull it out but it is fine and even softer after a wash. I would say that it is due to the natural materials and hand loom process. Again, it's not a deal breaker and I wouldn't even say it was horrible but that people should expect to wash and dry it before using. I love how it looks on my leather couch. It is such a chic throw that is warm and cozy.
