Home is now 6 months old and these faucets throw water EVERYWHERE. Even if you use minimum flow to get the tankless water heater to turn on, it will throw the water down and splash everywhere. Needs a different aerator design or something.

I had this faucet professionally installed and it is now completely corroded on the outside, despite being cleaned every week. The chrome is damaged and chipping, and cut my finger when I tried to clean it. Metal pieces are falling off the faucet. PLus the water pressure is now very poor-liekly due to internal hard water build up

Good looking but flow started reducing after a few months of use. I came here and found others have similar problems. Thankfully, I also found the solution here - remove the flow regulator, which was super easy. As far as the splashing goes, it depends on the placement of the faucet and the type of sink. We do have minor splashing but not terrible. 3 years into it, and it still looks new. Another issue we faced was the tightening of the open/close operation, which was also fixable with a min hex wrench.

Beautiful to look at but terrible faucet. Water splatters everywhere even with valve barely open. I mean it splatters everywhere, around sink, on the faucet surfaces, on the floor in front. even the mirrors mounted behind. I used 2 of these in new home and another single handle version of the Ara series and all are bad. I hope Delta will replace as these are truly bad.

Hi! I received the rectangle with set screw aerator replacement but there weren't any instructions included as to how to replace it! Could you please send me the instructions. They aren't in the product manual either. I would greatly appreciate your prompt response.

We are happy to help! First, use the Allen kit to remove the set screw. Then use the tool to hook the side of the aerator and work it out. Hook the tab on the aerator in the middle of the long side. Insert the new aerator and reinstall the set screw. Unfortunately, we don't have printed instructions for replacing this part. The spit and the handles are so very wide that they collect water on them and k Must be carefully and totally wiped dry every time after use or the Water stains are huge and I had bought for 3 different bathrooms, it after installing in one bathroom I am returning the rest for something thin that doesn’t stain.

When building our home seven years ago, we selected 2 Delta ARA 3567-MPU-DST units for our master bathroom. They both have horrible streams, and most of the time double streams of a small amount of water that splatters all over the place. We hired a professional plumber to fix them but they were unable to do so!! This unit should be pulled from your inventory and redesigned. We would like Delta to replace both of them free of charge as this seems to be a common complaint and reoccurring issue. I would greatly appreciate your assistance!

I purchased (2) 3567-MPU-DST 2 handle widespread for a customer to match the shower that we replaced last year, the customer loved the design. Faucets were installed today 04-03-24 and we are so sorry with this purchase. Both the plumber and myself couldn't figure out why the aerators were spraying water everywhere. Such a poor design. My customer is very concerned. I,ve been using Delta for about 35 yrs. and these are as bad as they get. Whomever designed/engineered these should go back to school. Delta you need to make good on these and refund me.

Very expensive water does not come out in a stream it squirts everywhere. I bought two for my brand new home Master bath. Delta has always stood behind their products you need to replace these and give me a different style or refund

We just started renovating our new "forever home" and purchased the Delta Ara Collection for our guest bathroom. Seeing the name Delta -- never thought of checking their reviews. Joke's on me. I purchased the entire Ara Collection -- EVERYTHING!!! Installed an entire bathroom suite and guess what -- not only is the flow on the bathroom faucet terrible, but my bathtub spout -- that too has water going in all directions. Review after review -- the same thing and you can't pull this collection off the market -- recall it -- save face -- save your reputation. Do the right thing!!!!!! P.S. My wife and I built a new house and put 2 of these bathroom faucets in our master bathroom. They were expensive and we hate them they splash water everywhere. I wish I could get Delta to replace them. I don’t recommend this style bathroom faucet, the Ara. Delta if you decide on how to fix the problem PLEASE include me in your contacts.

Like many other reviews say, the water flow is horrible. It splashes everywhere. The aerator doesn't seem to be working at all. I bought 5 of these and installed them throughout the house, and they ALL do the same. Can't believe Delta hasn't come up with a solution yet.

Hot water handle seal is broken and leaks everywhere. Faucets spray everywhere. My construction grade cheap faucets lasted longer than these. Very disappointed in the quality for the price.

We installed a pair of these as part of a master bathroom remodel. They look great. Turn them on and you find the spray pattern is obnoxious, spraying water all around your sink. Why it doesn’t have the conventional spray pattern is beyond me, and for the money spent this is completely unacceptable.

Just bought a new condo which has these faucets in the bathroom - what a mess they make! How a product could be sold that has this obvious flaw is one of the mysteries of the universe. Hopefully the designer has been replaced so that Delta can avoid this issue in the future.

I just finished up a complete master bath remodel and installed all Delta ARA collection fixtures throughout the bathroom. Upon turning on the new Matte black faucets, the water flow is terrible. As soon as you put your hands under the flow, water splatters all over, even if you turn the handle almost all the way off. I reached out to Delta, they admitted there had been a problem and sent out new aerators, but they were exactly the same and made no difference. I contacted them again and they had no more answers. They are however going to send even more aerators. The aerators don't aerate. The water stream is too focused and comes out too fast.
