The seat is sturdy. It is easy to slide the seat belt under the bottom. We can easily move from vehicle to vehicle. You can easily remove the cover to wash it. We have a 5 month old, 20 pound puppy. He loves it. He has plenty of room. Since you can clip his harness to the seat (there are two), he stays in the seat but can still move around. He is very content and doesn't seem to want to get out of the seat. It cost a little more than we planned to spend but it is worth it due to the features, quality and size.

I love this seat for my little buddy! He was so nervous in the car, would not relax like he was trying to figure out where every bump came from. This seems to be helping. I think the taller sides and padding help him feel more secure.

My frenchie LOVES this car seat! He is 27 pounds and we bought the large, it was perfect. He is comfortable and gets to sit closer to the window to look out now. Buy this for your doggo <3
