[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My granddog loves this bed. I do too with the ease of taking the top off to wash it and putting it back on. It washes nicely too. The only issue I have is that he "fluffs" up his bed and has torn the threads on the quilting top. I clipped them and hope that the top will still be washable after the threads have all been pulled out. If not for this, I would give it a 5 star rating. Still the best bed I have purchased so far for a lab/bird dog mix.

Thank you for the review and we apologize for the confusion! Our Indoor/Outdoor beds are actually not machine washable. We recommend: Wipe down with warm, wet cloth. Use mild soap as needed and rinse. Towel or line dry. For best results - Remove filling (core) before cleaning base cover. If you reach out to our customer service at service@furhaven.com they would be happy to help with a one-time worry free warranty replacement.

Nice softer quilted top and the sides and bottom are thick waterproof material. Very cushy, my dogs did not sink all the way to the floor so they were very comfortable.

We just opened the new bed, it smells weird. Almost like a chemical or burned rubber. Hope it goes away soon through airing out 😖

I bought this type of bed because I like the convenience of being able to wash the top without having to strip off the entire cover to wash it. It’s a little bit noisier that the other beds but with wear I hope that will go away. Both dogs (Miniature Schnauzer) enjoy sleeping on it.

Large size was perfect for my Frenchie and Boston terrier to share. Top zips on and off easily for washing. They’re always laying on it, so it must be comfy.

I have a couple elderly dogs with arthritis and degenerative myelopathy. I bought two bed sizes, and they are always in use by a fur baby. Cats like them, too!
