A friend told me about period underwear a while back and it’s the best thing ever! I wear these overnight and they’re so comfortable and useful. I own several of them now. They’re very durable and worth every penny.

I have been an avid tampon and/or pads at night. I tried these one night and my period is very regular and I bled through the panties, my pants and my bedsheets. These combined with a tampon/cup might work but alone they did not work for me at all.

I wore them for about a total of four hours to sleep in and when I woke up, I bled directly through the panties and into the shorts I had on. I was super excited, but I’m so happy the first time I tried them was in my home. I’m not a heavy bleeder so it was pretty insane.

They aren’t very comfortable. They dig in in the legs and have itchy seams. They are basically always up my butt I’m not a comfy way. I had wondered if the reviews about them being like this were just from people who had a size too small but nope… it’s just how they are. If you want high waisted and are looking for something comfortable, I recommend the high waisted brief style they have in store, it is so much more comfortable and has better coverage.
I bought these for a laparascopy/hysteroscopy and I am so glad I did. They are pretty high waisted, so they came above my incisions. I just came to buy a couple more pairs, highly recommend!

These were sewn kind of weird. The legs were too wide and the crotch area too narrow. I’m a fan of thinx brand just not this style which I was hoping to love.

The inner seam bothers the skin, the pants I think should be a little longer. It does keep me drier than my regular cotton boxers.

I have bought 7pairs of this style for my tween daughter. She has not started but wears these when going to sleepovers or to all day off site school functions. She says they make her not worried if she does start and that she won't be embarrassed if she does. I wish they had these 35 years ago, would have saved me a few embarrassments.

I was SO excited when I bought these. I hate wearing pads and feeling all thick down there throughout the day. I wore them for about 4 hours. luckily, I was at home "testing" them, And the leak was small since it's a light day for me. the boy shorts are super comfortable, and felt really secure when I first put them on. And when the leaked, I was honestly more about blaming myself because of how certain I was that these would work. but when I looked, it wasn't like it bled through the short part or I was laying down a weird way or something, it bled right through the seam. the middle is the part your supposed to bleed into, and it goes all the way up and back, but the blood doesn't go there. it soaked right into the thread on the side and right into my pants. Needless to say, I'm really disappointed and sad about this. especially because it looked so promising.

They fall apart

So they didn’t leak, I wore them with a menstrual cup for added protection and on the last day of my period when it was almost nothing . But I only wore them for 3 days, Hand washed and dried and they somehow started coming apart. Never had that happen with underwear before (well unless I’ve owned it for years)

I wish that I had listened to the other reviewers and not bought these. I can't tell which side is the front and they give me a wedgie. I held these up to another pair that I have from thinx and the Target kind have a smaller crotch. Ugh! I wish that I hadn't taken the tag off before I tried them on. Apparently I had way too much confidence in the brand. Can I return them without the tags?

Boyshort Rides Up, Absorbent Panel ~1" Wide

I love Thinx products, but the design of this boyshort is not as good as the style directly from Thinx. The legs ride up, and more importantly, the absorbing panel is all of barely larger than an inch wide vs. 3” in the one directly from Thinx. I found the high rise briefs to be much more comfortable, personally and no complaints about their absorbent panel. I’d show a pic but that’s kinda yucky to show my used unders.
