Summary of reviews

The reviews highlight a mix of experiences with the t-shirts, particularly regarding fit and fabric quality. Many guests appreciate the soft supima cotton and the flattering v-neck design, making them ideal for layering or casual wear. However, concerns about inconsistent sizing and sheerness have been noted, leading to some disappointment. Overall, these shirts are favored for their comfort and versatility, though guests recommend checking sizing carefully before purchasing.

    Shrunk

Bought two shirts a few weeks ago. One was a kelly green for St.Patrick's Day. Washed it according to instructions only to find it had shrunk a few inches. I returned the 2nd shirt. Both shirts were petite. Although the fabric is nice, I recommend those who wear petite buy the regular size.

I have been a Lands End customer for over 40 years. Why would you take the BEST tee shirt on the market and ruin it. The new supima tees are the cheapest flimsiest I have ever purchased anywhere and oh, by the way they are cut much shorter than before and the length shrinks at least an inch with the first washing. You have lost a loyal customer. If you have cheapened this simple shirt; what else have you ruined?

I have ordered tall relaxed supine tshirts for years from landsend. This year the tall shirts are 1.5 to 2 inches shorter than the previous years. Very disappointing

    Huge downgrade in quality

I had several relaxed supima cotton t-shirts that I've worn for years. Last time there was a sale I ordered a new batch. The quality has substantially downgraded. The material is much thinner, the fit is much tighter, and the tall is no longer long enough. So disappointed! I now have to find a new place to buy t-shirts. Boohoo..

Lands End was always my go to for t-shirts. I just ordered the relaxed supima cotton, the material is very thin. The white is see-thru. I ordered several colors, all of them are very thin and can see right thru them. Very disappointed in the quality. I would not recommend getting these shirts.

    Sheer and thin

Just received my order of two white tees. I held one up and could see my window through it. The fabric is very thin and sheer. So I’ll have to wear camis under them to hide my bra. These tees are very expensive to me, even on sale, and I’m very disappointed by the cheap fabric,

I love the Supima cotton shirts! I always look forward to the new prints that come out. Especially the ones that come in tunic length. I just wish that the short sleeve shirts came in tunic length.

    Women’s Basic T

I bought this white T-shirt last month and am completely in love with it. It is not tight fitting, is not see through, the material is very comfortable, and the drape of it is very flattering. Like the length of if too. I will only order this T-shirt in the future. I am a size 14/16 and ordered a large. Perfect fit. I will be ordering many more of these Women’s Supima Cotton Relaxed Short Sleeve V Neck T Shirts in the future. It is as close to perfect as I have found.

New stock not the same. Real Flimsy

I am a Lands' End customer for 40 years. I just received an order of womens "supima" tees. I can't believe how thin and flimsy they are, even just since last year. Also they are about 2 inches shorter, so when they are washed they will be too short. What is up with this? The price goes up and the quality goes down.

    What happened to the quality?

I have been buying lands end tees for years and was willing to pay more than other brand basic tees because of the quality. Shirts were great length, great fit, great quality, they were thicker fabric so never really wrinkled. No more. Now cropped and cheap, they’re so thin the white is see through. I will be moving on. No sense paying more for a t-shirt of lower quality when I can get similar quality cheaper elsewhere. Wish they hadn’t changed them.

These don’t come to your hip anymore. It’s a good thing I wear high rise pants or I’d be showing off my whole stomach. These became super unflattering

Quality is changing......and not for the better!

LANDS END HAS CHANGED!! Not for the better! I have purchased quality clothes from them for years-decades-now the fabric and quality are poor! The shirts I buy are supposed to be 27.5 inches and they used to be 29 inches. Now I get them in the mail and they are 25 inches but supposed to be 27.5. What the heck is going on Lands End?? The Supima T's have changed!!

    Much too short!

I’m crushed. I’ve been buying these cute T’s for years and years, but whatever LE has done to the sizing recently makes them unwearable. I’m tall, with a long torso, and these have been my go-to T’s because they come in Tall sizes. The last batch of these I bought are much shorter in every dimension - body and sleeves. Fabric also seems thinner and shrinks much more. Please bring back the previous version! (And announce when you do so I’ll know when it’s OK to buy more!)

    Much shorter and smaller!

I usually wear a medium tall in Lands End shirts, due to a long torso. I ordered 3 of these in a Large Tall after reading reviews that they fit smaller. I am so disappointed! Each color fits differently. The baltic color is gorgeous, and almost fits like the old ones, but shorter. The darker gray one is about 2in shorter and I can’t raise my arms in it. The black one is somewhere in between the two. I do love the placement of the v-neck as it is perfect for not showing cleavage. However, the shirts are so much thinner now and show more of my undergarments than I’d prefer. I am returning because I am so frustrated with the quality and fit. Therefore, I cannot comment on how they will wash, but with as thin and short as they already are, I’m not comfortable saying that they would hold up. The biggest issue I have with these is that I ordered the tall size for the length and it is truly shocking how short they are, especially when you compare them to shirts of the past. Definitely not sized appropriately.

    Shrunk badly

Washed the first one in cold water and dried on low per instructions and it shrunk unbelievably! Very disappointed. Had 3 others in the washer at the time and I'm going to hang dry and see if it helps. If they weren't already in the washer I would have returned them! They were a perfect fit before washing and drying
