I was hoping this would work for my vacation, but even though it is a petite, the torso was WAY too long, making a very unflattering pouf at the bottom of the swimsuit’s top. Then I noticed: even though the average model in the photos is 5’7” or above, and the petites are purportedly designed for those of us right around the 5’ height, the difference between a regular and petite top is 2.5”. How does this make any sense, since the short girls who have long torsos can always shop for a regular sized swimsuit, those of us with a short torso only have the petite sizing as a resource. Design flaw!!

I love the look and fit when it’s not in the water. When wet, I found it would stretch quite a bit. It also constantly fills with air which looked strange and released huge air bubbles. Kids had a good laugh.

I bought two counting on Lands End quality. Quality is fine, however, the design is not practical for actually getting in the water. The entire top fills with air and floats up to my shoulders. Totally impractical for swimming. Guess I have a couple of warm weather tank tops now. Totally disappointing.

I’m 47yrs old, 130#, 5”5’, 34DD. Ok my preference in the blousy swim tops like theses is to size down so it doesn’t look more like maternity wear. I bought a size 2 regular in the wood lily color. Yes my boobs are a bit squished but no one can see that because of the loose fit. I also tighten the straps up so it doesn’t sit low on my back and squeeze my underarm and back skin. The bottom band stays put. I have a longish torso and this is plenty long enough for me. Sits at my hips. I LOVE this pattern and color! Ordered a second one in navy polkadot.
