The liquid form works best when you have to take 300mg. Add to liquid of choice.

This is my fault that I did not fully read the label, but this product contains parabens. I would not have made this purchase if I had looked at the label more carefully. This was given as a gift to boot! The recipient is who pointed out the parabens to me.

I cannot rate this product with five stars yet as it is my first bottle. However, I do find it convenient and good value for money. I have been told I am extremely low in the B-6 vitamin and the tablets didn't seem to improve things, so now taking a liquid in the hopes that my levels will improve. I hope I can give this product top ratings in a few months - I will certainly continue taking it for now.
