[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this recently to replace my former bag. It’s slightly smaller than the one I had before, but has improved compartments and versatility. The front large pocket are my least favorite part, but I did find myself using them and was pleasantly surprised. I took it on a trip recently and it functioned beautifully.

Great protective features for travel and every day. Product did come with the front pocket folded and wrinkled. I had to steam the wrinkles out, reflective of shipping department. Otherwise pretty great.

I have had a silver one, and now a black with gold trim. The bag is light weight, very nice nylon material, carries everything I need for day. I love the compartments - enough and not too many. I love that I can zip and unzip the straps and adjust their lengths so i can use it as a backpack on my back (in uncrowded areas) or as a crossbody in front (in crowds) depending on where I am walking. Well made, fairly priced, excellent design.
