The packaging says 38" by 84" and I ordered 38" by 84", and no way does this measure 38" by 84", this is 32" wide by about 78", if that long, I measured the width but not the length, even put one up just to see how bad it was and it barely covered a standard size sliding door which is what the advertised size would have covered. The width was off by six inches and the length was about six inches from the floor, so whatever they're using to measure this is just wrong and a total ripoff. Too bad because I liked the curtain design and would have kept them if they were the actual size advertised, but since they tried to pull a fast one I will not buy from them again.

I would not consider them black out. It’s like a sheer black out. I still like them however! But I ended up needing 4 for them to look right

These do not black out! They are slightly shiny. When receiving my second set the whites didn’t match. So thankful target returned them. What a nightmare!
