I purchased this watch less than 3 months ago with in store pick up. It doesn't track runs properly. I bought a new one to see if that worked. That one doesn't track properly either. I attempted to return them. Target returned the more recent one, but because the other was beyond the return date (still less than 3 months old!) Target refused to return it in store. I talked with an associate on chat who refused to help and said call guest services. I called guest services and they refused to help because it's beyond the return period. DO NOT BUY THIS. It does not work and TARGET WILL NOT STAND BEHIND PRODUCTS THEY SELL.

Defective out of the box. Screen was acting as though someone constantly had their finger clicking at the bottom and as a result was constant selecting whatever was at the bottom of the screen. Made this impossible to use. Tried to update and restart it, nothing helped.

I like that the watch offers multiple faces for my daughter that's attending nursing school. What I didn't know is that there's a fee to buy the various faces (clock face with second hand for pulse taking). It's not easy finding a watch for a nurse.

The watch does what it’s supposed to do. But it left 3 burn marks on my wrist. Which defeats the purpose of wearing it in the shower or washing dishes. Not sure how else it would burn. Contacted Amazfit and their response was to “stop wearing the watch and contact Target for a return or refund”. But my reply was, “Target is just the carrier and not the brand maker”. Amazfit lost me as a Consumer.

It's not a terrible watch for the price. It tells time, gives me notifications, etc. The HR feature sucks. It is so inaccurate it is not even funny. I hate the entire interface of the app and that it tires to get you to sign up for the premium whatever membership. It is functional but I would never buy it again.

The watch was nice at first and I was super excited, my biggest issue is that if it’s not tight enough to your skin it will not read your heartbeat. If you have it too close though it will burn you, and I have a burn mark now on arm from this watch.

The watch's functionality is good; however, like other reviews, the watch broke out her skin in a rash and looked to have burned her skin where the circle behind the watch lay against her skin. She said it felt warm on her skin during certain times. She used lotion to help it feel better before I discovered it. I, unfortunately, cannot recommend this watch.

The watch will not charge. I tried several outlets, usb bricks, and even paid for a new charging cable to replace the one it came with. I can’t use the watch at all because it’s been dead for a month. Not recommended and a waste of my money.
