This is you standard inexpensive tshirt, just long. So if you want it large like a sleep shirt I suggest you GO UP TWO SIZES. I'm 5'2" and uaully wear a M tshirt and I bought a L. I decided after washing it might not be roomy enough to be comfortable sleeping... I might have taken a chance but Big plastic decal. So if you get hot when you sleep, even though this is 100% cotton this sleep shirt is probably not for you. The tie dye pattern is nice. It is 100% cotton. I like the classic Scooy (just wish it wasn't plastic like classic 70s and 80s) For those reasons, I wished I could keep it. But I'm returning it instead of having it unworn, cluttering my drawer.
