I was excited for my new boots, and the heel broke off of one of them while I was walking down my apartment steps and sent me down the entire staircase. I missed 2 and a half days of work (unpaid) and might need to go to the doctor due to my spinal pain. I do not want anyone else to get hurt.

I wore it for the first time where I walked for four hours and they were comfortable. At the end of the day, there was a slight pinch in my pinkie toes (so I took off one star). Since I wear socks with my boots, I did go up a size from my normal size 6W to a size 7W (size 6.5 was not in stock at the time). I did get compliments on these on my first wear. I would definitely recommend these and will keep these in rotation.

These seemed liked they'd be cute, but I think they lack the structural integrity to hold their shape when worn. They sort of flattened/bulged out through the arch area (not sure how to describe this, but I have pretty narrow feet so it might just be that there was too much material there) which was pretty unattractive. I think I also learned that just don't like the style of heel that goes straight down from the back without angling in at all, but that's really just a matter of personal taste.
