Pro - lower cost (cost less than Betterdry - even more absorbent briefs), high absorbency, wetness indicating stripes, effective containment (urine & fecal), plastic backing (necessary for containment) Con - plastic backing (doesn’t breath)

I have severe incontinence due to my MS. I have tried several brands of adult diapers but they would always leak and I would still wet the bed every night. The protection is virtually unparalleled. I always have confidence they won't leak, even when very wet. They're not what most would call "discreet", but you do get used to them. Over the years, I've worn them under progressively less-baggy clothing, and I'm reasonably convinced nobody notices. There's the characteristic plastic-backed "crinkle", but unless the environment is very quiet, you can't hear it. If I know I'll need to be out for hours with minimal opportunity to change, the Abena Abri-Form Comfort M4 is my go-to diaper.
