    This is perfect, especially for in-between winter-to-spring weather. The navy color is great. I don’t normally post a review but this coat is simply outstanding. I might order another one in a different color because I love it that much. I ordered a large as I normally wear between a 10 and 12. The fit is perfection. Great Job, Lands End.

    I got this as a Christmas gift. It’s been fine as a “car coat” because it doesn’t get too hot, but as soon as it hits 40 degrees outside this coat is not warm enough. Also, the hood doesn’t keep my head/ears warm. It’s too big and looks cartoonish….the wind just blows it open and it can’t be adjusted. If it’s not cold where you live, this coat will probably be fine, but it didn’t cut it in Virginia.

    Bought this jacket for my trip to Italy - it was perfect. Kept me warm & dry. Nice easy fit so no problem wearing heavy sweaters or layers. Love the stuff bag pocket. Only negative that there were no inside pockets.

    I received this product soon after that major snowstorm we had in early January and the bitter cold that followed it - this jacket performed as designed on dog pottie breaks early in the morning in single-digit temps, and throughout that frigid weather for three weeks. Light and compact. Get it if you can.

    A petite cut is supposed to have narrower shoulders. This coat does not. I tried it in a petite medium and then in a petite small. Both sizes were too wide in the shoulders. In addition, the cut of the coat is "off." I thought it would be the same as the 3/4 coat, but it is not. I returned both sizes.

    My coat just arrived, and I am very pleased with it. Good fit, and I love the color. After I ordered it (forest green) I was hoping that the shade wasn't too light, and it's not. Forest green it is! I will be getting my money out of it.

    I bought this coat to walk/hike in Pennsylvania. I have worn it when the temperature measured 30 degrees and on days when it was 16 degrees with a howling wind, and I was quite warm and protected. I have also thrown it to run errands on a 40-degree day! Quite a versatile coat. I ordered the XS, (I am 5' 4" and weigh 109 pounds) because I wanted plenty of room to wear a fleece on cold days.
