I ordered 3 stools. They were packaged very securely, and all of the hardware was included. The chairs are sturdy, comfortable, and look great. I was disappointed in the quality of the seat cushions; they look cheap and plastic-y. But the wood frames seem like they are well made. It took hours to assemble the stools. The printed directions were not easy to understand. The pre-drilled holes in the chair frames did not line up well. The screws that were supposed to fasten the chair legs to the swivel mechanism were too short, so I had to swap out the screws from the chair back. But once I got them assembled, I am fairly pleased with these stools.

I purchased 4 of these chairs and I love them. They are very comfortable and easy to take care of. The only issue was that the holes didnt line up when putting the screws in. My husband used his screw gun and basically made new holes. It still took him about an hour or so to finally get these completed. Other than putting them together the chairs are well made and I would recommend these to anyone looking for an affordable chair.
