I have been buying this eye cream for years now. I stock up when I can. I just recently bought a couple of more due to almost finishing my last jar from my last stock up. Well I opened the new one only to be horribly disappointed to see and feel the quality change. It is so much thinner, the extra cap to keep it air tight is missing and it does not cover or brighten like it used to. I loved this product and I am so upset with this. Why would you change such a good product? More money? I would have been okay with a price increase over this horrible disaster of a new formula.

I have used this for several years and usually jump on sales to stock up and save. I recently opened the first of several containers purchased last year and this is no longer the same. It is a thinner cream and the product no longer brightens my eye area for more than a few minutes after applying. This used to be a thick, rich cream that made my eye area luminous all day. You have clearly reformulated to add more water so that customers will use up product at a faster rate and be forced to repurchase more frequently. This is a deceptive change, and far worse than if you had simply raised the price. I am really disappointed that a high-caliber brand such as Origins has resorted to such a cheap move to preserve profit margin.

I have been using this eye cream twice a day for three months now and it didn't really make a difference for me. I feel like the cream just sit on top of my skin and is still there the next morning. Also, I stopped using it for a few days to be sure that it was the problem and I realised my eyes itch A LOT because of this cream. However, I purchased the energizing gel cream with caffeine and niacinamide and I absolutely love it, it wakes up my skin really well in the morning!!!

I really wanted this eye cream to work. It does brighten and de-puff the eye area but didn't work for my dark circles and fine lines. I wasn't able to wear make up (concealer) over it because it left patches and hard to blend. I used two full bottles to try to see the difference

I have been usiing this eye cream for a few months now, I am not happy with it at all. It drys up around my eyes with a white mark an does not seem to be absorbing by my skin. I actuly have to whipe the white strek from around my eys when it drys up.

This product is more of a gimmick than actually being helpful for the eye area. In fact, all eye cream products are unnecessary. The Ginseng Cream Gel moisturizer is exceptional for use on the entire face, including the eye area. Why? Because it's tested for eye area use and it is jam packed with antioxidants. This eye cream is lacking much in its formulation.

I'm on my 3rd Ginzing after finding it very refreshing as I start my care routine all mornings, creamy but light, blends well in the skin and prepares my under eyes for concealer. I've gone onto buy other products but have come back to this because it's what feels and works best!

I used a deluxe sample of this, and I have to say my undereyes looked far worse than when I started. The skin was crepey and wrinkly, but it had been looking really good with the Lilyana cream, which I had heard about from Buzzfeed. I switched back immediately. I hope it improves soon.

I've been using this eye cream daily for over a year, and have purchased it twice. I have noticed recently that the skin around my eyes (where I apply it) seems to have become bleached, as if I were using a tanning bed with eye shades on. It may have helped a little with my dark circles, but not enough to justify the bleaching of the rest of the skin around my eyes. I will not buy it again, and will switch to a different eye cream.

I was hopeful but this did absolutely nothing. It is moist, but I would not say moistureizing as it just sits on top of the skin, makes it shine, and did nothing at all for mild dark circles after using this day and night for 30 days. I'm curious about the age group of the high star ratings. Now being in my 50's, I realize that young skin makes the market as it doesn't really take much for it to feel, look better. The real test is for ageing skin, do these product really do anything. Often they do not other than temporary moisture that you could honely get for a lot cheaper using organic coconut oil.

I use this product on my lower eyes after my normal eye cream and it works wonders to brighten and tone down discoloration. On days I don't wear makeup, It makes my eyes look bright and gorgeous. The only thing I don't like is sticking my fingers into a pot. PLEASE put this product into a tube! I'll still use it though.
