Cooks well, I LOVE the lids. The pots & pans however scratch very easily on the inside I don't know if this 'coating ' is in my food . ps i only use plastic or wooden spoons , so it's not like I'm abusing the pots with metal utensils .

This pan has a great comfortable handle, has good weight to it and the non stick surface is pretty great so far. I’ve already made eggs and a cheese sauce with it and it rinses out clean without any scrubbing. I normally would go through a pan every year, so I’m interested to see how long it’ll last with regular use.

The pieces are well made and easy to clean and they heat and cook evenly. The set is also efficient in pieces and storage space as one lid will fit on multiple pots and pans. The size also makes it easy to store. Ilike that it's rounded so you can move your veggies around without using cooking utensils. It's nonstick so you don't need to use a lot of oil to keep your food from sticking and it cleans up easily. A quick rinse and a swipe gets off all food residue. I also like the color and design. It matches perfectly with the rest of my pots and pans. My fried shrimp and veggies stir-fry came out beautifully in this pan. I also found it worked great with fried eggs.

Food literally can be wiped off clean when the wok cools. The handle is silicon so it's good for easy handling.
